* Friendly staff, caring and compassionate.
* Time slot allocated for the procedure and should be looked upon if possible as in fixed sort of time rather than patients being booked upon all at same time for same procedure.

My care was excellent, very professional and informative.
To be honest the nurses and doctors went above and beyond with their care and professionalism.
The only area that needs to be improved is their pay slips (ie more money for them). They are all amazing.
